3D Algae Business Summary

3D Algae has developed a revolutionary technology that will change the face of the CO2 consumption while producing a bio fuel as a bi-product 2400 times more efficient per acre that corn bio fuels. Through the development of a proprietary technology, 3D Algae intends to set up Algae farms around coal/oil burning operations, manufacturing facilities such as pulp mills and any area that has excessive CO2 expulsion. The Company’s algae farms will absorb the waste CO2 out of the air, create carbon credits, and create a clean bio fuel as the end product.  Algae farms are cost effective, portable, and safe for the environment.

Technology

3D Algae has developed technologies that allows algae to grow not only the top of water but throughout a storage container. The algae farms are thus more efficient per acre keeping the costs down and the profits up.  The Company has patent pending wave guide technologies, proprietary harvesting technologies, extraction processes, and cell disruption processes of lipid removal from the algae.  This technology is applicable removing CO2 and creating and economic feasible solution to global warming with a healthy potential for profit.

Market

3D Algae’s technology could be located in proximity of a number of different CO2 emitting industries.   Using coal as an example, there are about 600 coal plants in the USA, which could use the 3D Algae proprietary technology.   3D Algae farms could provide a solution with bio fuel as an end product as one of the sources of Company revenue.

Financial

3D Algae is now looking for a partner to set up its initial manufacturing facilities, complete patents and take the product to market.  The Company expects that $250,000 will be needed to complete the patent applications and proof of concept, with another $3 million to initiate manufacturing.
