Producing Electricity Using Sustainable Energy – TransAct Energy Corp is in the business of producing and conserving power. We produce and sell clean electricity globally, with a focus on sustainable energies using renewable resources such as Geothermal, Solar and Wind. We use innovative technologies to reduce electricity consumption and dependence on carbon based energy.

TransAct Energy Corp. was formed as a Nevada corporation on March 15, 2006. The initially strategy was to acquire energy leases whether they were oil and gas, geothermal, wind, solar, run of river, or marine. Our first acquisition was an oil and gas lease interests in Alberta, Canada. We spent the next two years packaging other properties in Alberta and working towards financing the same. During this period the company also became a reporting company to the United States Security Exchange Commission.

The company filed an S1 Registration statement initiating a subscription to the company’s stock in order to process the company for trading. Transact has completed its minimum raise under the registration statement of two hundred and fifty thousand USD and closed escrow. In January 2010, TransAct completed the registration process and came to trade.
