Energime Power is a  Renewable Energy Technology Company. Our mission is to license, manufacture and distribute green products that  reduce the world's dependence on carbon and oil based energy,  while offering homeowners and commercial property owners the highest quality and lowest cost products and solutions that will enable them to move forward with their Renewable Energy projects. Our goal is to give long term Energy price stability to our clients for their properties.

Energime Power has an agreement to license all Square One Solar products exclusively in the U.S. and elsewhere. Our first product is their thin film solar technology. This product will greatly reduce the cost of solar installations by as much as 50%. It is light, works on curved surfaces and requires no ugly and expensive brackets for installation. In addition to acquiring technologies from Square One Solar, Energime Power has agreed to purchase a major stake in the Company. Between our initial purchase, options and certain benchmarks, Energime Power will acquire up to 25% of  the Company after we become fully operational.

Energime Power  is in the process of licensing technology from two other sources. United Synergy and Utopian Global Technologies. Professor Reinhold Zeigler of Synergy United is our Chief Scientist. He has spent more than 35 years as a pioneer and leader in the fields of Renewable Energy and Sustainable Ecosystems. Our sister Company Energime Renewable Energy Systems, is the marketing arm and General Contractor for United Synergy. Professor Zeigler is a major shareholder in Energime. We are currently negotiating our first license with the Company. Utopian Global Technologies and Rob Cromwell give us great reach into the Green Power movement. Rob is both a Rock Star and an inventor. In fact, he is from a family of distinguished inventors. His work with the Worldwide Green Power movement gives us access to more than 3,000 green technologies. We are currently negotiating for several technologies through UGT. The strength of our relationships with these Companies gives Energime Power a distinct advantage in acquiring and developing the right Green technologies.

Energime Power is a private company. The Company is looking to raise $10,000,000. This initial capital will be used to license technologies and to set up manufacturing operations.  We are in negotiations with several companies to acquire a public shell. Our plan is to complete this process to merge Energime Power into a public company by the end of the first quarter of 2010. The strategic plan is to license at least 12 technologies in 2010 and to start the manufacturing process for at least 4. In addition to our first factory and R&D facility, we will apply to the states of Washington, Oregon, Nevada, Texas, Colorado, Michigan and others for grants (at least 70%) to build factories  to produce our products.
